Usernames and passwords are only to be used by the student we assign them to.

 

We do not help students with questions from any kind of take home tests. All students will be asked if their questions are from a take home test. If the student says yes, the session will not continue. If the student is caught being untruthful about take home tests questions, the session will be terminated immediately, and the student's IP address will be banned. If the student is under 18, their parents will be informed. No refunds will be issued.

 

We do not help unmotivated or rude students who are looking for quick answers to get through. Sessions from these students will be terminated, at the tutor's discretion. If the student is under 18, their parents will be informed. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

 

Algebra is a prerequisite for chemistry. We assume that students who use our service have already taken algebra and can, therefore, apply any algebraic concepts to chemistry when needed. If the tutor determines the student is having trouble in chemistry because of poor algebra skills, the tutor will end the session, and advise the student to seek math tutoring. If the student is under 18, that student’s parents will be advised. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

 

Sessions are conducted only in English.

 

We do not ask for personal information from students nor do we provide personal information to students.

 

We do not entertain off topic subjects, serious or not. The first attempt into any off topic discussion will result in a warning. The second attempt will result in session termination and that student's IP address will be banned. If the student is under 18, their parents will be informed, No refunds will be issued.

 

Inappropriate language and drawings are not tolerated in the classroom. Sessions from students who use inappropriate language and/or draw inappropriate images will be terminated and the student's IP address will be banned. If the student is under 18, their parents will be informed, No refunds will be issued.
